Just as our homes and workspaces benefit from the occasional spring clean, so too do our minds and bodies have much to gain from a revamp.
In this three-hour workshop we explore several exercises and Yoga postures with variations to suit everyone, whatever your ability or experience. The length of the workshop means we have the time to work through them slowly and methodically to get the maximum benifit. By the end, you’ll feel balanced and relaxed – and with a new lease of energy.
At the Riverside studio there are foam rollers, crinkle balls, fitness circles, therabands, pilates balls and bolsters to help release tension, challenge your stability and help you to feel more comfortable when holding postures for longer.
I want you to experience the benefits of Yoga and Pilates without being intimidated by lack of experience, strength or flexibility.
So whether you are looking to complement an active lifestyle with something relaxing or arm yourself with some useful tools to reduce tension while getting stronger this workshop is for you.
Your entry includes use of the fantastic club so do take advantage of the facilities which include two pools, a large spa and a fully equipped gym.
